SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days and then ship using the United States Postal Service (USPS). A confirmation e-mail and tracking number for your order will be sent to you after your package is picked up.
USPS transit times are typically 1-3 days, but once your package is in possession of USPS we are not able to determine an exact delivery time/date as delays are possible within the postal service.
Shipping charges are determined by the total weight of your order and the location of your delivery. Please take care in entering your location information as we are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address. Purchaser accepts all shipping and associated fees with the delivery of your order.
We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages and would direct you to your local post office to file a claim regarding those concerns. We cannot replace missing or stolen packages because we are a small, growing business.
We ship only within the U.S. at this time.
Note: Our candles are made of natural soy wax and do not need to be left outside at hot temperatures for extended period of time. Keep an eye on your shipping notifications.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are unsatisfied with your product, please contact us, so we can refund, exchange or replace your product as soon as possible. Please include photos and a detailed description of your concern(s) in the email.
We do not refund used or damaged products. Kindly return your item(s) in original packaging and ensure that the shipment is carefully packed because we cannot process refunds on items that arrive broken.
All returns must be received within approximately 14 days of the day you receive your order.
We do not refund return shipping or handling fees because we are a small, growing business. You are responsible for all shipping and handling costs for returned items. Once item(s) is received refunds are credited back to the same payment method used to make the purchase within approximately 3-10 business days.
